I WOULD LIKE AN APPOINTMENT

Why would you undergo surgical interventions if you have a granuloma or cyst at the root of your tooth? Come in to our clinic for a minimally invasive treatment with two types of laser, with a well-established protocol and a skilled endodontist that will take care of you. This way you will get rid of your problems without any surgery.

Endodontics is the dental discipline concerned with the study and treatment of dental pulp, namely the soft connective tissue from inside the tooth. The pulp is what makes the tooth an organ, performing vital functions for its health. When it is damaged, our endodontists manage to save a large part of this sensitive tissue, with the help of minimally invasive treatments and interventions.

How we do it

null

The root canals which contain the dental pulp are treated with the different wavelength laser’s handpiece, all these procedures being performed under a microscope in order to obtain a painless and efficient treatment;

null

The 2780 nm wavelength laser sterilizes and cleans 99.9% of root canals, with a 30% higher efficiency than the classic methods.

null

The endodontic protocols implemented in our clinic are the result of many hours of participation to special international congresses. We perform pre and post-surgery periapical X-rays.

null

Lumineers veneers are non invasive applications on the tooth surface, conceived with the help of American technology and ensure a long-lasting efficiency of endodontic treatments.

Casework

The patient came to our clinic with pain in the inferior frontal area (tooth 31) a grade II to III mobility, and a 8 mm periodontal pocket.

During examination we observed the following:

  • premature contact of tooth 31 with tooth 21 – in left lateral guidance;
  • vestibular frenum very highly inserted, close to the gingival margin, between 31 and 41;
  • grade II to III mobility;
  • vitality test: negative.

Elective treatment applied:

  • occlusal adjustment, adjusting the canine guidance on the left side;
  • endodontic treatment with root canal sterilization, using 2 wavelengths: 2780 nm wavelength laser and 940 nm wavelength diode laser, following a well-established protocol;
  • minimally invasive, laser-assisted frenectomy, with no bleeding, and fast healing;
  • biomodulation and biostimulation;
  • rigid tooth splinting with a composite tape.
